Service providers can easily enlarge message storage by adding inexpensive Linux-based servers. A sudden increase of services can be easily supported. This architecture has virtually unlimited storage and is the most cost-effective solution for an application that requires large storage.

Voice messages can be accessed by file format in Linux-based servers. Service providers can easily offer other methods of accessing the messages to end-users - by e-mail or web.
